Payment is handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: it processes your payment, charges and remits any sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. Dodo Payments’ Buyer Terms, shown at checkout, also apply to the payment.
The EAA Compliance Kit: a downloadable zip file containing five browser-based tools and a start page, as described on the product page. You receive the version current at the time of purchase, plus any free updates we publish, which you can download again from your purchase email or the Dodo Payments customer portal.
The price is shown on the product page and at checkout. For buyers in the EU the price is €99 including VAT; checkout may show the amount in your local currency. It is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Delivery is immediate: a download link is sent by email after payment and is also available in the Dodo Payments customer portal. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email sales@anqulas.com.
The kit is an information and documentation tool. It is not legal advice, and it does not by itself make your website, app or service accessible or compliant. The European Accessibility Act is implemented by national law in each EU member state, and requirements, enforcement and penalties differ between them. Where a decision carries real legal or financial exposure, take advice on the national law that applies to you.

You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. See the Refund policy.
We take care to keep the kit accurate, and we correct errors when we find them. To the extent the law allows, the kit is provided as-is, and our total liability in connection with it is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Our 30-day refund applies in addition to them.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws where you live.
We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
