Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If the kit is not right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid, including tax. No reason needed.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email sales@anqulas.com from the address you used at checkout, or tell us that address.
  2. Include your order or payment ID, which you can find in your purchase receipt email.

We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows the refund within 5–10 business days.

After 30 days

If the kit does not work as described, for example the files will not open, contact us at any time and we will fix it or refund you.

Cancellations

The kit is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again.

Before you open a dispute

Please email us first. A refund from us is faster than a card chargeback, and we will not argue with a request made within 30 days.

After a refund, please delete your copy of the kit.
